Refund & Dispute Policy
Within 1-Year Warranty: If your mount fails under normal use, we'll replace or refund—no questions asked. Email photos and your order ID, and we'll sort it within 5 business days.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We cover return shipping or send a replacement immediately.
Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms loss, we'll reship or refund in full.
We aim to resolve any payment-card disputes inside 10 business days. Please email us first; chargebacks opened without prior contact may slow things down.
