30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns
You can return any unused RaceCling product within 30 days of delivery:
- Email racecling@limitium.art for an RMA number.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging; buyer pays return postage.
- Once inspected, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.
1-Year No-Questions-Asked Warranty
Every RaceCling mount is covered for 365 days against defects or breakage during normal karting use:
- Email photos or a short video showing the issue.
- We'll ship a replacement part or a complete new base at our cost.
- If we need the failed part for analysis, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification is not covered, but drop us a line—we usually have low-cost spares.
